today was the day the one id been waiting for acception day as i lept out of bed and pulled on my jodpurs i was already thinking about my dressage test my cross country course and my showjumping course i raced down stairs grabbed the buttered piece of toast and ran out to prepare midnight for his big day as i raced into the tackroom i grabbed my grooming kit and got to work. oh god i thought to myself this was just like them,they had forgotten to bring him in from the field brothers are so rubbish at times suddenly i had a brain wave rushing i put midnights head collar on and sprinted down to the new washbay with him cantering at my side.quickly i washed dried and groomed him then put him back in his stall and rushed to wake mum and dad up within 5 minutes we were in the car drivin along the country lanes i dozed of and by the time i woke up we had just pulled into a parking space i was finally here the tryouts for the best equestrian school in the country carrington riding centre i jumped out of the cab and rushed to care for midnight quickly i tied a red sash to his tail to mark hes a stallion and a protective one at that slowly i unloaded him and tied him to the the trailer 1 hour later i was leading midnight to the warmup arena totally petrified i was really hoping he as in a good mood because a moody stallion will mean a lot of dirt in my future .hurridly i got on there must have been about thirty riders in here all fighting over the instructers and jumps quickly i warmed up in walk tot canter and even a little gallap making sure no one was in my way i cantered to the warm up log but suddenly i lost my focus as a rider slammed on the breaks next to me my hesatation caused midnight to falter i was not going to make it...
