" Mmmm... Ross stop!" She squealed, as he began planting kisses on the crevices of her neck, waking her up from her sleep deprivation. Valentine's Day, it was a day filled with their favorite things, candy ... and love, especially since it had been two days before they could actually settle down. "Happy Valentine's Day." He whispered, ignoring her cries. She brushed her fingers against his face, feeling the hairs under her fingertips. "Happy Valentine's Day."

Going according to tradition, as soon as her feet landed on the ground, she latched both fingers and feet onto Ross' back, resting her head on his shoulder. "Must. Have. Go-Gurt." She said, instantly remembering her favorite treat recurring at all times of the day. His hazel orbs loomed down to where hers. "I take the award as best boyfriend ... because, I bought the limited addition!" He laughed, looking at her expression. "You didn't!" Her doe eyes, wide. "I went there." His hands reaching into the icy compartment that held her  Go-Gurt. "Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Leaving fresh kisses all over his face.

He watched as she slurped down two of the small pouches already. "Why don't you just buy regular yogurt?" Glimpsing at  the long stripes of pink that Laura had fell in love with. "B-Because .... fine, it's fun." She said, giggling at her excuse. "I'll be right back ." She said smiling, not knowing what he had planned.  Returning for her shenanigans, she found him sprawled out, his guitar in one hand. She smiled to herself, figuring he'd play her a song of some sort, she sat criss-cross as he began strumming along his guitar to her favorite tune:

Morning, Sweetheart-how was the drive?

I'm happy to see you've arrived.

I'm all in a daze from your natural rays.

I've got four words: will you be mine?

Can't look you in the eye, but that's fine all the same;

I'm honored you remember my name.

And I know that you'll speak if my hope is to hear it;

You'll whisper something sweet to put a song on my spirit.

These are the days I feel at home.

Soon are the days I'll be at home.

So tell me, honey-how is your life?

You're sure making mine pretty nice.

Pass me the pen; let's skip straight to the end.

Your three words won me over tonight.

I'm sorry that I haven't got it right,

But nevertheless, I'll keep doing my best.

Because I know that you'll cry by my side when I'm hopeless;

You'll paint a pretty sky to light a smile when I notice.

These are the days I feel at home.

She sat in the moment a little while longer, her body still swaying to the beat. "C'mom, get you jacket on." Taking the jacket she had stole, his jean jacket, she raced down the stairs before he could catch up.

Running after her, his body had came to a hault, just mere inches away from her blushing face.

"In the words of our favorite band:

You say goodbye and I say hello

Polar opposites we are

All we need is love

To satisfy our hearts."

He chuckled at her clever wit. Opening his mouth to say something, she had caught him before he could. His lips mesmerizing hers, a moment of pure bliss it was.

"Now come here and give me another kiss."
