Rosera's POV I wake up to the sound of the alarm clock *alarm clock sounds* She's been missing for almost six months now And I've been missing out from school for about three weeks since the reports came in *flashback* I was at school in class and the teacher was discussing something about chemistry and physical compounds, And then i saw the police come in " Mrs. Avery, can i please excuse Ms. Moonstone for a while?"
Mrs. Avery looked confused and she furrowed her eyebrows a little "uuuhhhhmmm...sure? Ms. Moonstone you are excused from class today"
I got my bag and saw the distinct looks from my classmates, most of them full of concern and curiosity. Others felt like they knew what was happening They knew, right? How didn't i know this?! Everyone saw it on the news and on the newspaper but I didnt even know ME!? HER OWN DAUGHTER!? NOT KNOWING SHE WAS GONE?!
*in the principal's office* Mr. Morgan (the principal) stands in the corner of his office with this arms crossed and disgusted but with a scared look on his face "Ms. Moonstone? Have a seat please" she said sternly "Wha- uhm...me?" I take a seat and an officer sits down in front of me "now ma'am, im going to ask you a few questions. What do you think of when you look at this?" He shows me a picture of a suitcase full of passports and other paraphernalia in the bag I look at the officer, confused and anxious "Is this about.....my mother?" He nods and he continues to ramble about certain questions relating to my mother
"When did you last see her?" "A few months ago"
"Who takes care of you when she is away?" "We usually have a nanny or my aunt and uncle come and visit" "Where's your father?" "He uuugghh...passed away a few years ago"
"Did you possibly know anyone who mightve had bad intentions toward your mother?" "None" i say sternly. "Are you sure?" He raises an eyebrow "Well.....she had an arguement with her boss before she left but i think she fixed the problem by now" "Ma'am were you aware that your mother has been missing for three months already?"
And there i froze, the beads of sweat forming on my forehead and my face turned into a frown *end of flashback* I look at my phone and I get up from my bed I get dressed into 👇👇👇
