When everything could go wrong
The world stays well.
It still blooms and grows and is blood-battered and dirty
And close to dead;
It is still ill but it fights to live.
That is what life does;
It will always fight to stay,
So even when hardest of asteroids hits this sleepy town,
Life will still persist.
