Darkness encircles me

Swallowing me whole

So hard to speak, eat, talk

The tentacles always suffocating me

No anchors insight

Until I see her

Once again is see her

Her eyes sparkle ever so slightly

Scars wrinkling as she smiles an honest smile

She is my anchor

Her and my art

Together I am always encased in light

Next time darkness is pulling me away again

They bring back reality

That life might not be so bad,

It may even be worth the tenticals
