Thin legs dangling from the chair as a small petite girl swung her limbs back and forth. Her short pink peach strands fluttered as she bobbed her head to the rhythm of her hums. Her small button nose wrinkled a little when her long fringes, that hide her eyes from view, would tickled it. Her neck-length bang framed her cherubic heart shape face and brushed against her rosy chubby cheeks lightly. Her white short rustled at her movement as her light green blouse stood out a little against her pale skin and her short.
The girl drummed her nimble fingers on her knee as she wondered when would her brothers arrived. She huffed at how long they have taken to came here. "Osoi na..." She whined under her breath, leaning back into the chair and pouted. "Patience, Himeka. Patience" She puffed her cheeks out even more when her father ruffled her hair as he walked pass her. She tilted her head back and look into his kind brown eyes that matched his short hair. "But they are late~!" Himeka whined childishly and slumped down on the chair. Her father laughed and ruffled her hair more, causing her pink strands to shot up in every direction.
"Aw~ How adorable~!" He teased heading to the living room, "Himeka misses her brothers!"
"Papa~!" Himeka pouted fixing her messy hair.
"Anata~ Don't tease Hime-chan too much" Stated a young petite woman as she walked into the kitchen. Her chin-length hair, darker shade than Himeka's and look more brownish, curled around her heart shaped face and puffed out a little cutely. Her ever closing eyes curved in a happy manner as she gave Himeka a kind smile and pecked her cheek. Himeka eagerly leaned closer to her mother. Her mother pulled back and patted her chubby cheek lightly, "Hime-chan simply love her Ryosuke and Haruichi very much"
"Yeah, but she loves me the most!" Her father heatedly shot back from the living room, jealousy laced in his voice. His wife gave out a light laugh at how silly he was. "Aww, Papa don't be jealous!" Himeka grinned cheekily, taking this chance to teased him back, "I do love you too!"
The females of the family could hear him chirped happily at that but Himeka next words, that she added dramatically, quickly deflate it.
"But alas! I love Nii-san and Nii-chan more!"
Himeka giggled in amusement when she heard a loud thud from the living room and wondered if her father was sulking at the dark corner right now. Or maybe did he die from depression? She mused humouredly. Her mother poked her cheek as she moved pass her to make dinner, "Now now, Hime-chan play nice to Papa"
Himeka pouted at her mother but her lip quickly curled into a cheeky smile, "Not promising!"
"Hime-chan love her brothers more than her Papa. My Hime-chan love her brothers more than her Papa. My precious daughter loves my sons more than me!"
Himeka turned to the door that lead to the living room with an amused smile when she heard her father chanting repeatedly. She laughed and pondered on the options on whether to check up on him or not. As she was about to choose, the doorbell rang. Hearing the familiar ringing bells of her family's doorbell, her mind automatically went to her brothers. Her mother let out amused giggles as she watched her only daughter and the youngest child of her ran to the door with the brightest smile in the world.
Himeka could faintly see her father mopping at the darkest corner of the living room as she run down the hall way. She guessed she was right after all, how predictable of him. She could hear sobbing as she passes by the living room.
Not even trying to took a peek through the cat eye, Himeka swung the door opened with force as she couldn't contain her excitement. She stood there at the door way with light panting as beamed up at the two familiar faces.
"Nii-san! Nii-chan!" Himeka squealed tackled the two older boys in a tight hug, jumping as high as she could and warped her thin arms around their necks. Two voices chuckled as one arm from each boys slithered around her, holding her to their bodies and hovering above the ground. "Hello to you too, Pipsqueak" Himeka peeked up at the owner of the amused deep yet light, boyish voice. The same short pink peach strands as hers, combed neatly and the back tips spiked up a little bit, brushed against her arm softly. Fringes formed an 'M' shaped and exposed the same ever closing eyes as her mother's stared into her hidden one, curving with amusement and hidden sinister as the long, dark and thick eyelashes fluttered a little. His light rosy lip curled into a fond smile as he leaned in to peck her head. Himeka's hidden eyes fluttered open for a bit before closed again in content.
