My Tiger!

Chapter 1

Hello! My name is Evie and im 27! A bit about me would be, im an accountant, i am very smart. My daddy died at work, he was a builder. I am an only child, i just bought my first appartment, after a year being in a pernament job i think its time i left my mums house, it got to crazy!

So as of now im trailing Glasgow with my mum looking for stuff to fill my new appartment. I had already bought furnature and stuff online but now i was looking for nick-nacks and stuff, you know what i mean things that make it mine.

We were walking down the mainstreet or whatever heading back to the station when we past a cools shop it was called 'Tiger' "hey mum lets go in here!" i said and she nodded and we walked in and i smiled, the stuff was quirky.

"wow!" my mum said and ran on ahead "mum!" i said and followed after her but got derailed by cool stuff. I was beining to like this place. My mum came over and smiled "see stuff you like?" she asked and i nodded picking up some photoe frames that were all stuck together and the different squeares were different colours,

"im fitting my entire appartment like this!" i said and she laughed a bit. I put some stuff in the basket and i passed a box where you could build your own straw and i started jumping up and down "mum!" i said and she looked over and sighed "seriously, you act like a five year old!" she said and looked away and  i built my own straw!

The song 'Im a believer' came on and i smiled and started mumbeling the song. I was an okay singer, but you know i was out in public so i kept it down. A small kid bumped into me and for what looked like an eight year old he was strong i almost fell until someone catched me.

I looked up at them and smiled, she was beautiful. She had dirty blonde hair and hazel eyes that were shining in the octopus light above me. She was giving me a toothy smile and her teeth were pure white and all in a row so im thinking she could have had braces at some point.

"thanks1" i said and she pulled me up to my feet and smiled "no probelm!" she said and i could have melted at the sound of her angelic voice, seriously it this a fairytale!

"im Tiger!" she said and i shook her hand then i realised the shop was called 'Tiger' and i looked at her shocked and she smiled "you mean-" i said and pointed strangly to the ceiling and she nodded "yup!" she said "and this is-" i said and pointed around the store and she laugehd a bit,

"yup!" she said "and your the-" i said and pointed to her and she laughed a bit more "yes, i own the place and this si my store!" she said and my mum screamed chocolate and ran past us and Tiger looked a bit scared and i turned to my mum "go easy on chocolate you take that like pills!" i said and my mum laughed,

"chocolate!" she said evily and held up a bar thats wrapper had a moustache on it and she held it to her lip and i laughed a bit and turned back to Tiger who was smiling at me and i couldnt get away at how cute her smile was.

"wait you named your shop after you?" i asked and she laughed a bit "well in my defence in like i dont know old times i guess there was people who named there shop, Goodmans Grocers so yeh and i think its kinda quirky!" she said with a shrug,

"i like it!" i said and she smiled "thanks!" she said and i smiled osme more "so where did you get all this stuff, its cool!" i said and mentally slapped myself for saying cool!

"i designed most of it if im honest, i have an honours degree in art so it comes in handy!" she said and i smiled "its fun but practical!" i said and she nodded "thanks!" she said and i saw her blush slightly and i smiled,

"i havnt seen this place before, have you just opened?" ia sked and she nodded "today!" she said and i smiled "happy grand opening!" i said and she laughed a bit "thanks!" she said and i smiled "so what brings you to my shop?" she asked popping the 'p' and i smiled,

"i just bought a new apartment and i saw your lace!" i said and she nodded "do you stay in Glasgow at all?" she asked and i nodded "near here!" i said and she nodded "would i be able to take you out sometime maybe for a drink or a date?" she asked and i could hear the hope in her voice and it was my turn to blush "sure!" i said and she smiled,

I grabbed a pen out of the pot next to me and it was a blue robot and i smiled. I took her hand and wrote my number on the back of it and my name "Evie!" she said and i nodded "like Wllie!" she said and i laughed a bit "i guess!" she said and my mum came back and the first thing she saw was my number on Tigers hand and she smiled,

"hi im her mother!" she said and Tiger smiled "Tiger!" she said and my mum smiled "i love your shop i swear i would by all the stuff if i had the money!" she said and Tiger laughed a bit "well theres one happy customer!" she said and my mum laughed a bit,

"is that you?" my mum asked and i nodded "hopefully see you soon!" i said an Tiger nodded "hope so!" she said and i smiled and left the shop with my mum who kept going on about how me and Tiger are going to get married one day!
