Once upon a time
There was a girl
Her eyes rained
In hopes that she would grow,
But she never did
She stayed naive
And she waited for love
Upon the same time
There was a boy
His eyes had rained
He'd had his growing
And now he waited
For a girl to come along
So he could have his love
One tripped over the other
And they laid on the pavement
Days passed
Others choose to live their lives
As the strangers laid together
Choosing to stay
Where they felt comfortable
For all ever afters.
