The goal is to take over the world becuase EVERYONE BECOMES AN ASSHOLE! :D even you are among one of them! No teams just full out blood bath... with dice... the borders are obverously represented by the blavk margen... the numbers represent the number of units and the one with the arrows is whatever the AI was doing at the time I was taking the picture... since no one is awake and no one likes Risk besides me in this family I play it on the PS2! Old school! Anyway... the numbers at the bottom right are cards... the first meaning how many they have the second I really have no damn clue...
