Dee: Mom really, why did we have to move from Baltimore. I mean we were just fine

Momtranada: well we had to get a bigger house. It just makes more sense Diamond. You'll be okay

So I get to this new school and it's huge. I'm not finna lie, it's massive, but it's still not home. I walk in through the door and luckily the halls are empty. I maneuver my way to the principals office to get my schedule 

Principal: Are you Diamond Barmer?

Dee: Yes

Principal: here is your schedule and I will personally escort you to your next class.

We arrived to my next class which was trigonometry.

I'm sitting here bored outta my mind as usual and then the door opens and I could not believe my eyes. It was like an angel 😇 walked in. I know I'm with Nia Kay and all but damn I think I'm finna hit her up. The principal said that she should introduce herself 

Dee: Hi, I'm Diamond Barmer, I'm 16 years old and I'm from Baltimore.

I see this guy staring at me. Don't get me wrong he's cute and has an Afro with blonde tips but he looks like the kind to smash and pass. This is going to be a long af day. 

Mrs Thompson: take a seat next to Mr Francheschi. Mr Francheschi please raise your hand

Omg i have to sit next to the cute guy. just great.

Nova: Hey I'm Nova

Dee: well hey. My name is diamond but you can call me dee

Nova: do you wanna hang out with me and my crew after school

Dee: sure, bet. Wait am I blushing because my cheeks feel hot. No dee don't blush, but I can't help it.

I go meet up with my boys by our parking spot and the girls are there as well. I see dee coming and I run up to her to introduce her to everyone. 

Nova: so guys....and girls this is dee the new girl and she's from Baltimore. Dee this is Mulatto, J.I, Key, Peach, Mani, Roscoe, Flaujae and Nia Kay

Key: I'm from Bmore too....I'm finna love chilling with you....as a friend😅

Mulatto: Hey girl I love your hand Henna it's so authentic.

Dee: thank you 😁

Nova: J.I you better control yourself homie. So guys shall we go?

Dee: where are we going

Flaujae: to Mulatto's house, that's our chill place besides Mc Donald's

Wow I already have a squad. I thought that would be hard but hey I guess I'm meant to be here after all. This won't be so bad, I hope. Then some girl I think her name was Mia or Nia came up to me and said I should stay away from nova because he belongs to her

Dee: wow okay I got it big fella

Nia: great then we won't have any problems. After all who wouldn't want him I mean he's basketball captain and the most popular guy in school oh and he was signed to so so def.

Dee: And you think I care because.....?

Nia: I'm just warning you that's all

Mani: If y'all are done cussing at each other we would love to go. Mahn I'm starving

J.I: yeah I'm sooo hungry
