Percy Jackson & the Olympians, often shortened to Percy Jackson, is a pentalogy of adventure and mythological fiction books written by American author Rick Riordan, and the first book series in the Camp Half-Blood Chronicles.
This is a series about how Percy Jackson, a "troubled" kid, finds out he's a demigod. A demigod is a half-god half-mortal person. And by god, we mean Greek Gods. Percy finds out he's a son of Poseidon, and has to go in many quests with his new friends Annabeth and Grover throughout the series.
