The shot is fired I run round the corner past the man with the blood splattered gun in his shaking hands my friend sliding down the now blood stained wall a tear rolls down her cheek we sit there silent knowing what ever we say she's going to die then another shot is fired the boy falls down next to me I grab the pistol and aim it at my head "no" she whispers I can see the fear in her eyes I lower it to my chest and fire "Alice why" I stroke her hair" do you want me to end it "I say she nods shuddering I clutch her hand and the gun fires then fall on to her now motionless chest I kiss her cheek and lie down to die
