The thing all singers have to share:

Inspiration from a source that shouldn't be there.

A common tongue understood worldwide,

Sorrow, something dug deep inside.

What was it? I could probably find it,

That single conclusion that I was nearing...

Didn't want to tell me that you loved me,

Didn't want to know what I was hearing.

There is sadness blanketing the entire world,

A song sung in harmony by every inhabitant.

Something wrong is going on,

Spreading like a plague, faster all the time.

True love leaves every heart around the world

Open and vulnerable for the blade of a harlot -

Woman willing to hurt another -

Reasons hearts are breaking faster all the time.

Looking at the lives I wanted,

Wishing that I could've had them.

Looking at the lives I pity,

Glad I wasn't meant to have them.

If I could,

I would ask another god to make it

So that I would have never met you

The next time I remember to live.

Last time we fought, she had a secret weapon;

She said, "What? Never see a woman before?"

I said, "That isn't fair," she said, "Life isn't fair."

I said, "All's fair in love and war."

There is always something new to find,

But it won't show unless you try.

And when you've stopped, it's gone forever,

Least 'til you stand to say "Never say never."
