Isabelle sat down in the chair that was placed directly in front of a screen with the radio attached above. Raven managed to set up an entire system where everyone could speak to their parents through a video call.

After Clarke spoke with Jaha then her mother and others got to speak with their families, Isabelle was finally next in line to see her parents after weeks of not hearing anything from them.

"Isabelle!" Lisa covered her mouth with her palm at the sight of her daughter. Bruce wrapped a reassuring arm around his wife's shoulder. "We're so glad to see you're okay!"

Tears slowly formed along Isabelle's bottom lashline, causing her vision to grow blurry until she wiped them away with the back of her hand. "It's so good to see you guys, I've missed you so much."

"Your wristband signal went dark, we thought maybe — "

She began to shake her head. "It's a long story over how that even started. I actually managed to take mine off so Raven could use mine and several others to transmit signals to the Ark." A proud smile slowly stretched across her face. "She's brilliant, I'm so glad she's the one that came down to help us."

"How are you?" Bruce asked. "Staying warm? You're looking thin and pale, are you guys eating enough?"

Isabelle glanced down at her body and gently tugged her jacket closer to her body before shrugging. "I'm doing okay. We're fighting for food but we're making the best of it. It's just been a crazy past few weeks. It's getting tougher as we get closer to winter."

Bruce nodded in understanding. "We're trying everything here to make sure we get down there sweetheart. Just keep fighting okay?" Lisa looked to her husband and nodded in agreement, before looking back to Isabelle. "Don't ever give up. And don't ever let anyone tell you you're not strong enough. You're so brave for going down there."

Isabelle tried to keep the smile pressed to her lips but it was twitching to fall down as she pictured the events from last night. But she didn't want to go into any detail with her parents about what had happened. She didn't want to worry them. "I guess so," she sighed. "I just want you two to be here already."

"Soon darling. Just don't give up, okay?" Isabelle nodded at her mother's words and could tell she was getting choked up, but holding back from showing any tears. "We love you so much Bella. So much."

"I love you guys too. I have to go, because everyone needs a chance to talk to their family." Isabelle explained. "I'll see you guys soon." Both of her parents flashed her a quick yet loving smile, holding each other's hands tightly as they looked at their daughter a moment longer, taking her in completely for it would be awhile until they spoke again. "We love you."

"Actually, excuse me, I apologize for interrupting — may I speak to your daughter for a moment please?"

Before Isabelle could stand from the chair, she heard Jaha's voice coming through the feed and visibly watched him sit down in front of the camera where her parents once were. A nervous lump formed at the base of her throat, watching as he crossed his hands together over the table.

"It's good to see you, I was worried my apprentice was long gone. I knew I picked the right person for this job."

Isabelle quickly glanced away from the screen. Visions of last night's event and everything else before then started to cloud her mind and anger flooded her system. Wells was dead, she felt remorse for Jaha without a doubt, but the pure horror she's had to experience ever since being sent to the ground has made her come to resent him.
