The drive to school was mostly silent, but I liked it; it gave me a chance to take in the surroundings. The fields of corn that seemed to last forever and close enough for me to touch, the smell of fresh air in the country, the animals strolling across the freshly trimmed grass, and the house. The beautiful house on top of all the fields and grass; I was going to miss it all. I remember first moving it. The golden sun, shone on the creaking floorboards, coming through the large open window, the small desk placed directly opposite. I walked from room to room exploring my new home.
