Songs of Love (Ereri)

Ch. 1

~Levi's POV~

"Holy shit Hanji, can you not!?" I hiss through the scarf around my neck. It was negative something degrees out here, and I just wanted to get home.

"Oh come on Levi," Hanji whined, elbowing me in the side, "maybe I want to find my soulmate!" She continued singing, and I felt like my ears would bleed.

"Even if you do find them, who would want to listen to you voice for the rest of their life?" I retort, nearing the street corner that held my house.

"Your just jealous cause ya can't sing!" Hanji laughs, causing me to roll my eyes. We're getting close, and I speed walk up to the door the second we're in range.

"See you tomorrow Shitty Glasses, I have don't have work tomorrow, so I'll probably be home all day." I say slamming the door shut behind me.

I walk to the bathroom attached to my bedroom, before stepping into the shower.

"You make me feel invisible, earthquake powerful. You're like a tidal wave, you make me brave. Your my titanium!" I started to sing, before shaking my head in annoyance. This stupid soulmate of mine always got damn songs stuck in my head. I don't even know this one!

After a couple more minutes, I step out and dey my hair before getting dressed. I brush my teeth before walking into my bedroom to sleep.

~Eren's POV~

I step out of my bathtub, stilling humming the tune to, "Feel Invisible." I smiled, thinking somewhere out there my soulmate was singing the exact song as me!

I giggle lightly to myself after preparing for bed, wrapping my arms around my pillows and squeezing them tightly.

'One of these days I'll meet them!' I didn't care if they were male or female, even though I'd prefer male. I've never been straight, hell, I'm more gay then a rainbow! But, even if they're female, as long as they're mine I'll love them!

I smile to myself as I drift off to sleep.

~Time skip cuz I can~

"Uuuggh." I groan, sitting up. I told Mikasa I'd meet up with her at the nearby coffee shop around ten. I glance at the alarm clock, nine forty-five. Shit!

I jump out of bed and sloppily throw on some close, before running out the door.

~Levi's POV~

I sigh as I sit up, wishing I could just sleep longer. But I'm not the lazy type, so I decide to start out my day at the nearby coffee shop.

I inhale as I get up slowly, and carefully pick out a nice outfit.

I decided to go with a black coat and pants, and a grey scarf. Time to go.

I walk out and begin to walk there, mainly because I didn't own a car. As I approached the door a couple walked in, ones a male brunette, and the other was a raven haired female.

I sigh to myself, part of me wishing to have a partner to share my life with. I didn't have many friends, only Hanji and Erwin. I used to have others, but they both died in a crash.

I grab the door before it shut on me, opening it and silently walking in. The couple were in a booth to the left, right next to the only open seat. Great.

I order a peppermint mocha, and take a seat. The two love birds were arguing about their favorite song. My eyes roll, this was a normal thing for soulmates to do.

Suddenly, the brunette sings a small toon, and it seems to echo in my mind. His girlfriend does the same, but it doesn't stick as well in my head.

"Oh come one Mikasa, that song is so lame!" Said the male, taking a sip of his drink.

"Is not! Besides, your taste in music sucks. Thank God I'm not your soulmate!" The girl retorts, before getting up and heading towards the bathroom.

'Well that's a game changer.' I think, looking up as a waiter sets my drink down. I nod a thanks before taking a sip.

I begin to murmur lyrics to some song, must be my damn mate. However, this time I notice that the singing is coming from a place other then my mouth. I look up to see the male next to me mouthing the same words, and he had earbuds in his ears.

'Wait... Could we be?' I continue to stare at the brunette, and he notices me. Shit.

~Eren's POV~

I notice the raven haired male next me staring at me. I look up, a puzzled look on my face.

"Can I help you?" I ask the him, taking a sip of my peppermint mocha. <Yes, they both are drinking the same thing!> He shakes his head, but continues to stare.

"Well then is something wrong?" I ask. He nods.

"Well would ya like to tell me?" I ask annoyed, the raven seemed to be deep in thought, about what I don't know.

"I couldn't help but notice the song your singing. I had it stuck in my head all yesterday, and just now." He answers, his voice low and thick. Sexy.

"Its Feel Invisible, by Skillet." My heart pounded, could he be my soulmate?!

"Were you singing it last night by any chance?" He asks. I nod my head, blushing profusely.

He gets up, grabbing something from his pocket. Its a notepad, and he scribbles something on it, before handing it to me. He walks out the door, leaving me to stare at the slip of paper in my hand.

I feel my cheeks heat up again. Suddenly Mikasa comes back, taking a seat.

"Anything interesting happen while I was gone?" She asks teasingly like the dork she was.

"Well, I think I just found my soulmate."

"WHAT!?"
