Fun Fact: This story rose out of satire, seeing the formulaic types of Bad Boy stories which involved hate turned love, physical and sometimes sexual assault and boys I would never ever date in real life.
Also for fat girl stories - which almost always ended with the fat main character going on a diet which results in the hot guy realize that he truly loves her for who she is.
It's not that kind of a story.
Words I'm Afraid To Say is a book dear to me because it features characters and a story I've put a lot of heart and a lot of work into. Characters and a Story you will definitely relate to in some manner. I can't wait to share it with everyone.
The title allures to the fact that no matter who you are, there's always words you're afraid to say. It might thoughts and feelings you hide from a certain person, or anyone.
Sypnosis
A series of accidental meetings result in Fat Girl, Serena Johnson and Bad Boy, Gabriel Sato building an unlikely friendship - one that comes as a surprise to everyone, especially her tormentors.
The two of them face off against prejudice, a haunting past, bullies and the burden of society's stereotypes - sometimes together.
All the while having to deal with their final year of high school before entering the world as adults.
