welcome!
this book is based off @ richietoxier (on instagram)'s mall au!
this au is by far one of my favourites, so of course i had to write a story using it.
every character's job and outfit is thought up completely by the original creator,
but the writing and events in the story are made by me.
i definitely suggest checking her instagram account out, because her art is so freaking well done and adorable, and she seems super sweet.

CHARACTER INFO

here are the characters' occupations (again, they're by the original au creator.)

RICHIE:
works at spencer's until they fire him.
after that, he continues to lose and gain many jobs at the mall each week.

EDDIE:
obviously works at the pharmacy/vitamin shop.

BILL:
works at claire's until something pisses him off and he quits.
after that, he happily becomes an employee at forever 21.

BEVERLY:
works at sephora; gives eddie good deals on highlighters.

STAN:
works at vans with the name tag 'stan the man'.
absolutely despises his job, but he loves the shoes so he stays for the discount on them.

BEN:
works at lush because of his obsession with bath products.
and, it's good for giving gifts to the rest of the gang.

MIKE:
works at Books A Million because of the discount.

this story is more on the comedic side, but i'll see if i can fit a bit of drama at some point.
