You come home after a terrible day at school. You lock yourself in your room, starting to cry over how bad your life is. You can't take it anymore. You sit at your desk and begin to write your suicide note
Dear mom and dad,
I can't take this anymore. I'm sorry, but I don't belong here. Life just isn't fun anymore.
You say sorry to your best friend because you were the only one he had. You say sorry to everyone you can think of....even yourself. You're sorry for not being strong enough.
You take the rope. Putting it around your neck, you start to smile. You start to think "am I going to be happy now? Yes I'll be happy now."
You look at the moon as you take your last breath. It's over...you're free now. But they're gonna miss you. Your mom and dad, siblings, and especially all your friends. It's too late now, you've already done it. You can't regret it now. But they can. They all blame themselves for not paying close enough attention.
Your parents just got home. Your mom begins knocking on your door, getting no answer in return. She walks in and screams seeing you hanging there. Your dad can't say a word. Your little brother being only 8 doesn't understand what happened. Your older sister can't believe what she's seeing and runs to the phone. Your parents don't understand why you felt so bad and how they never noticed, but it's too late to find out.
At school the next day, they make an announcement concerning your suicide. Your best friend can't stand it any longer and runs out of class crying.
- That girl that's been bullying you since first grade begins to think "was this my fault? Could I have been the reason this sweet young girl is gone?" She's wishing you knew she was always only joking with you and that she never meant any of it. Deep inside she wished to be like you but she couldn't say it. She was raised to treat others how she's treated. The ones who taught her that abused her daily from the age of 2. That's all she knew her whole life. She committed suicide the day after finding out about you.
- The boy who liked you...he is depressed and hasn't slept or eaten in weeks. He has began blaming himself because he never told you his feelings even when you were all alone. He loved you but never once could bring himself to say a word. He died from malnutrition and broken heart syndrome.
- Your best friend...he has started cutting and attempting suicide. He was so in love with you and planned to ask you out the day you died. He was on the way to your house when your sister called saying you were gone.
- The girl who always watched you get bullied and never did anything...she feels guilty knowing she could've helped you. She wishes you were still alive. She promises to help anyone she sees being bullied from now on. She can't stand the thought of someone else ending up like this.
- All your teachers wonder why they couldn't ever see anything wrong. The school enforces a rule that teachers will be more involved in students lives. They have also declared a city wide week off for everyone to mourn.
- Your brother finally finds out about your death. He's crying and screaming until he eventually falls asleep. He wishes he could be at the funeral but knows it's not possible with his schedule. You hadn't seen him in 7 years. He blames everything on himself because he wasn't there to protect you.
Everyone has their thoughts and accusations but none of them will ever receive answers. You thought everyone would be better off without you, but they aren't. You were the best thing to ever happen to any of them. There was so much you didn't know about each and every person.
The bully girl thought of you as a little sister and was starting to realize her ways were wrong.
The boy who liked you grew up believing it was sinful and morally wrong to tell someone how you felt.
Your best friend lost his whole family in a fire 2 years ago. You were all he had left.
The girl who witnessed you being bullied was taught never to interfere with someone else's business.
The teachers each thought of you as their child because you were the best student. You stayed behind every day to help them with everything and they miss that. They miss their star student.
Your brother has had depression since before you were born because he lost his best friend.
Your parents had 3 stillborn children and were almost about to give up but chose to try again and had you and later your younger brother.

What's important in this is that you are loved. You may think no one cares but without you someone may be nothing. You are someone's blessing and wish come true. Don't ever let anyone dull your sparkle but also don't be too quick in judging someone else. Inside we all care for one another, some of us just have no idea of how to show it.
