I had always loved my hometown, Miami. Always busy, hot boys, great weather and so much more that I loved about it. It was a beautiful June day. I had just gotten home from shopping at the mall with my best friend, Felesha. And that's when the bad news came. " Hey Brie, can u get Johnny and come sit on the couch your father and I have to talk to you two." What now, I thought as I walked to my brother's room. "Johnny, mom and dad want to see us." We both walked down to the living room and sat on the couch as asked. "So what is it you need to talk to us about? It better be good because you cut into my minecraft time." Keep in mind he is only 7. " Ok umh, well I got a better job offer at another building I will be making a lot more money there." My mother explained. "Wow mom that's great but how does that effect us?" I asked. " What your mother is trying to say is that we are... moving." "We are what!" I screamed.
