Seris' P.O.V.

Ah, I always liked this place. So quiet, so peaceful.. No one really walks around these parts of the forest, just me..

It gets quite lonely, but it's still pretty here. The forest is pretty deep too, so I'm not expecting anyone here actually..

Third Person P.O.V.

Seris was walking alone in the forest, not knowing, that someone was watching him, and it would stay that way, if only...

*A branch cracks somewhere behind Seris*

Seris: "H-Huh...? I-Is anyone there..?" he thought for a bit, not really knowing what else to say, he blurted out. "Please, s-show yourself..!"

Hex' P.O.V.

Of course a goddamn branch would give me away, my luck is unbelievable, eh? I wont give out my spot yet, I'll make him wait a bit more..

"C-Come on! I know you're here..!" the satyr beckoned, I've been watching him for a bit already, weirdly enough, he brings out a side.. the one I rather actually, the still human one. As a cyborg, I have to say, I still rather being human, no matter how weird that might sound, especially from the mouth of a robot.

I finally walked out from behind a tree, he turns around, slowly, but surely...
..Then he jumps back at my sight, as expected. I knew he would, I look how I look, metal plating all over, the saw hand... only my face looks somehow normal, at least the left side. The mechanical eye is.. intimidating, for most.

"Hello..." I wave at him a bit, he doesn't look calmer at all. "Is everything alright, satyr..?" I ask, wondering if his expression will change in any way.

I'm not really expecting any reactions from him, he might run away soon, though. I look too scary for anyone to talk with me, especially someone like him--

"Y-Yeah! I'm fine, It's just, you scared me a little bit. I haven't seen anyone here for a long time, so I really wasn't expecting anybody.." Oh, so he did answer..? I guess he calmed down a bit, he wouldn't do so if he was paralyzed from fear.

"Well, uh.. My name is Hex, what's yours?" I'm gonna try to be polite, he does bring out.. that one side, I don't want to show him the other guy.. He can't meet him..

"O-Oh! I'm Seris! It's nice to meet you." He smiled, he looks adorable when he does.. At least I know he isn't terrified of me, or anything.

"It's nice to meet you too, Seris. I'm sorry for.. looking like this.." I apologized to him, I guess that was the main thing that scared him..? At least it is with most cases.

"N-No! it's fine. I-I shouldn't have judged you by your looks.. I-I should be sorry.."

Wait.. Something feels off.. D-did.. Did I glitch again..? Oh god.. did he notice? I-I hope not... I don't.. no, I CAN'T show him the other side.

Seris' P.O.V.

This guy is pretty cool, actually! I thought he'd kill me or something, but he's actually very friendly. I saw his eye glitch a bit.. but I won't tell him.. I don't want to sound rude, though..

"No worries!" Oh thank god, I never judge someone by their looks, but this time.. I needed to apologize for that. Good thing he forgave me.. I felt awful for judging him that way, especially now, that I know he's a friendly guy.

"So, mind if I ask, what brings you here? I haven't seen anyone here in a really long time! Are you looking for something?" It's... really not possible that he came here just, because. Maybe he got lost? Or maybe he did come here with a purpose..

"Well... I was just a bit lost, and kind of stumbled upon this place..." He's hiding something, I can feel it, but it's better if I stay quiet. "So! Do you live around here?"

Lie or say the truth? That's the question. I don't know if I can trust him yet.. Eh, whatever, You only live once.

"Yeah, not so far from here, around half an hour of walking, the forest is pretty deep here after all!" Welp, I said it. I look around the place and sigh. "Ah, it's so silent here.. i just love living near such a beautiful place.." I'm getting into my talking mood, maybe I'll have a longer talk with him.

"..Though it.. can get a bit lonely.." My voice lowered. I wonder, how he'll respond..?

"Maybe... I could show you around my place sometime? I live in a old, kind of broken-down building... But I've fixed it up a bit" He said it so calmly..

hOW CAN YOU BE CALM ABOUT SOMETHING THAT AWESOME-- Okay, Seris, Calm down.. Keep your composure, at least for now..

"Sure! I've never actually been around anywhere else, but I guess it could be fun" I'm trying to look calm but on the inside I'm freaking out~

"It's an old laboratory. I've uh... uh... done some weird stuff in there." Wierd stuff..? I mean, he is a cyborg, but.. I don't want him to feel bad.. ahh-- quick, think of a response..

"Hey, everyone has their hobbies! I guess it's cool to have an own laboratory. I've never even seen one, but how cool it would be to see one" Okay, I have no idea if this is correct grammatically, but hey! It's something..

His expression changed, like if.. he just realized something.. He smiled, but it looks.. like he feels awkward, I-I guess..?

"Well, uh... feel like coming over now? We're close." He does look worried, did he.. forget about something? An experiment..? I mean, he HAS a lab..

"Of course! If you don't mind.." It's better to ask, maybe he really doesn't want me to come over, RIGHT now, especially if that 'thing' is the main problem of his at the moment..

"Well, I don't mind at all!" He gets up, I guess it wasn't that important then? I get up right after him, and follow. I wonder how his laboratory looks like..

Hex' P.O.V.

I need to hide the carcass, I can't let him see what I.. no, what HE did.
