My name is Deandre i'm 17. Everything felt cold and went black I didn't know what was happening all I knew was I heard a gunshot ring out and that was it. Everything seems so peaceful and bright not like earth bright but like heaven bright. I was gone to a different place I saw my friends and saw my mom screaming for me to come back and for someone to call the police or the ambulance I couldn't help her and I felt like crap but then I saw my little brother growing up and shaping into a great young man. A few years seem to pass and I seemed to be back on earth but I wasn't... I saw my child who was now 6 having a birthday party and he asked his mom about me and she started crying. He told her "Mommy don't cry daddy's here" I look at my beautiful girlfriend and De'Mar my 6 year old and she smiles and I reach out to to touch her shoulder but I can't some sort of force was holding me back I looked back and saw that it was time to go. I went to leave and my son says "We love you daddy" and I say it back then I leave. I look down and see Latisha and De'Mar smiling and Latisha is pushing De'Mar on the swing. I hear my father call for me and I turn around and see him coming towards me and he tells me to come back home. He asks me how things are and I tell him that I wish I could be back and don't know why I was murdered when I wasn't doing anything wrong I was going to pick up my son from school and then I was shot. My dad told me that I was just in the wrong place in the wrong time. I saw my kid grow up without being there and saw my mother die and when she got here she saw that my father and I were here and we were all together again. I watched my kid grow up and die and my girlfriend died to then we were all together. Latisha and De'Mar were happy to see me and I was happy to see them. It had been a long time since I last saw them. Just because I was in the wrong place at the wrong time
