Eternity

*She was so many things to so many people
*Mammaw, Betty, Mother- her soul has no equal
*So many brought in, took right out of the cold
*Family or not, tucked right into the fold

*We miss your presence, but definitely not your pain
*Now that you're gone, teardrops fall down like rain
*Yet though it hurts, to bid a heartfelt goodbye
*Your suffering is over, no need now to cry

*We'll meet at some point, before Heaven's Gate
*With so many new stories, please try not to be late
*When I see you walk up through bars of pearl-white
*After so long apart, it'll finally feel right

*Golden streets leading across a cloud-filled, blue sky
*I hope Heaven is so beautiful that you can't help but cry
*From now to the end, your soul is set free
*Until then, Mammaw, Betty, Mother- wait for us at the edges of eternity
