(This is after Dumbledore announced the karaoke night.)

"OK everyone, the sorting hat will call out a name and he/she will have to sit on the stool waiting for the hat to decide their song(s). And yes, you do have to compete if your name is called." Dumbledore said, blue eyes twinkling. Everyone waited for the first name to be called.

"Harry Potter!" The hat called. Harry jumped a bit then stood and sat on the stool. Everyone waited to see what he would get. Finally, the hat said, "Shy by Jai Waetford, I Think I'm In Love by Kat Dahlia" The purebloods were clueless, some halfbloods knew the songs, and the muggleborns were wondering who it was about. Ginny knew what both the songs were because Hermione had shown her a few muggle songs. She blurted out, "They're obviously about me!"

Harry just stood there awkwardly. The lyrics to Shy appeared in the air and Harry began singing in a soft voice.
