the short story of the New Orleans jumper

I was in New Orleans for a party my friend Brian just got a promotion to co-manager at a small

but nice grocery store there were 5 of us on the trip there was brian mike steven zach and me but when we got to the new orleans zach had to take care of personal problems after that we never saw him again throughout the trip we drank and drank and ate until midnight mike and brian went one way well steven told me there was a short cut up near the end of the street i decided to go with steven we were half way through the shortcut when i felt like something was watching us then i heard a giant bang sound from behind i told steven to run

So we sprinted to the hotel when we got in we realized that Mike and Brian beat us later

I was making some food steven and mike were watching some tv and brian he was in some phone meeting i went and asked if steven and mike if they wanted any food they said no but then steven said maybe zach wants some ok wear is he mike said he is in the master bedroom i was confused because to get to the master bedroom you have to go through the kitchen so i called zach and zach picked up he said hello i said you want some food zach said yeah i would love some food but i'm in miami working when i heard that my heart stopped i turned off my phone and went to steven i said did you see zach steven said no but heard his voice saying im back i said he's not here he said he is in miami turn off the tv steven got up and grabbed a frying pan and mike grabbed a knife i turned on my phone's flashlight well we walked to the master bedroom we passed brian we told him to turn off his phone and grab the bottle of wine that was empty brian said no and he was going to meet up with his date today and brian left we slowly opened the bedrooms door and hit the lights

There was nothing there we looked around for a 45 minutes after that we thought we were just hallucinating from the drinks but then i looked out the window and saw something jumping form the roofs and it was heading this way and then it saw me and stopped and just stared and i stared back my friends did not see it and were leaving they turned the lights off and the thing started running at us i was freaking out and then it hit the window making a giant banging sound just like in the short cut i could hear my friends screaming and then nothing i could feel pain throughout my body i looked around and saw the window had been broken in and the broken glass was now in my body i had to think fast so i grabbed my phone and flashed the light in the things face it was hair and red that's all i could see because the thing ran away when the light hit it there's more i could say but that's for another day.
