This whole chapter is a flashback.
Alex POV
I'm running down the hallway, as I run into someone. "Oh I-I'm s-sorry." "It's okay, I sh-should really w-watch where I'm g-going. We both stand up. I look at him. He's tall, thin, and his hair is really... Fluffy. He's really hot and he has glasses on. We stare at each other for a few minutes. I look at the clock on the wall. "Shit I'm late!" I start running down the hall but before I do... "Wait! I didn't catch your name." "Didn't throw it." I got to the meeting room. I look around the room and sit down. "Why are you late, son?" "Uh, I slept late." "Don't do it agai-" He is about to finish his sentence but someone brust through the door. "Mr. Jefferson why, praytell are you late?" "Bumped into someone." He shrugged. Washington sighed. "Well since you both like to be late, you both can stay late." Washington said with a small smile.

Everyone else left the meeting room except for the tall guy, Washington, and me. "So you two are to stay here and sort these files after that, you both have to stay here for the rest of the night. Good luck!" Washington said as he walked out of the room. "Just great..." I heard from the other side of the room. I'm so useless aren't I? Yep, definitely. The tall man walks up to me and holds out his hand. "The name's Thomas, Thomas Jefferson. And you are?" I stare at him for a moment, taking in every detail of him. He clears his throat. "Oh! Um... My n-name is Alexander Hamilton, b-but you can call me Alex. I-if you w-want, it's okay if you d-don't want t-to!" He stared at me in confusion. "Well then, Alex, shall we get started?" I liked the sound of his voice when he said my name, even though he was mocking me I still blushed. "Uh...um sure..." We heard a crack of thunder and I flinched. He once again looks at me with a look of confusion plastered on his face. I tried to breathe but my lungs seemed to stop working. Tears came to my eyes as I remembered those memories. Those terrible memories. I collapsed on the floor and let out a labored, shakey breath. I sobbed on the floor as my breathing got more and more labored. All I could hear was the thunder and the rain until...
Thomas POV
He's having a panic attack, lucky I know how to deal with these kind of situations. I picked him up and took him to a chair, then I hugged him and whispered nice words in his ear. I really hoped that it would work and it seemed to be working. He had stopped breathing so hard, like he was breathing normally, but he was still crying, not sobbing like earlier, but just crying. "Are you okay?" He shook his head. I put his head and only then did I realized how beautiful my co-worker is. "Do you need anything?" He thought for a moment then said,"C-could you b-bring m-me t-to a room with n-no windows? P-please?" "Of course." I picked him up and noticed a slight red dancing across his cheeks. We arrive in a large closet and I put him down on a conveniently placed couch. I get up and start walking away. I hear him whimpering,"C-could you p-please st-stay?" I turned around and sat next to him on the couch. He seemed fine but just for extra measure, I softly whispered sweet things into his ear. He feel asleep after that. I got up, careful not to wake him, and did what George told us to do. After I finish I go back to the closet and close the door behind me. Alex is sleeping quietly and is holding on to a pillow. Aww, how cute. He's so adorable. I go over to him, take the pillow out of his arms, and wrap my arms around him. He copies my action, still asleep. I take off my glasses and put them on a table. Maybe I should be late more often. I think as I drift to sleep.

Alex POV
"Alex? Alexander?" I hear as I wake up sleeply. What did I do last night? Realization hits me. I cried myself to sleep. Like the pussy I am. I sighed and opened my eyes. At first I don't recognize this man, but then I remembered everything. "T-Thomas?" "Morning sleeping beauty." My face heats up. It was silent until he seemed to realize what he said. "I-I mean um..." I stare up at him. "It's okay. Thanks for the compliment, you're not to bad yourself." I saw with a smirk, but I'm still blushing. He covers his face with other hands. Then I remembered... "Shit we have work today." "You can say a whole sentence without stuttering? Wow." He said in a mocking/sarcastic voice. I glared at him before Washington walks into the closet and looks at us. "You guys got the job done, you both can go home, you have the rest of the day and tomorrow off. Because nither of you owe me anything." We both nod and he leaves. "Wanna come to my house?" Jefferson put on his glasses. It was still thundering and I live alone. "Sure. But I don't wanna be a bother. So I um..." He shushes me softly. "It's okay, I offered didn't I?" I didn't say anything as he took my hand and took me to his car. He helped me in the passenger seat, because my sides hurt from all the crying. He gets in the driver's seat and drives to his house. "Are you okay?" This seems to be a reacurring question. "Yep! I've never been better!" I say giving him a real smile. He smiles back at me as he pulls into his driveway. He helps me out if the car and I stare at his house "Wow, it's so big." "That's what he said." I was taken aback. "Are you gay?" I asked curiously. "Yeah... I'm about as straight as a curly circle. Why? Do you have a problem with that?" "Oh no I don't. I'm also gay." "Oh cool. Shall we go inside?" I nod and we walk in. I take off my shoes and I turn to Thomas. "You can take a shower if you would like..." A glint of something flashes through his eyes, I can't identify it because as soon as it came, it was gone. "Unless you wanna shower with me." Hope heavily tinting his voice as he spoke. "Uh I-I um-" he cut me off. "Relax, I was joking." He chuckled. I blushed a little. This will be fun.End of this chapter. Bai!
