So I was in the shower and I felt dizzy so I crouched down to steady myself. I was fine so I stood up and continued on feeling nauseas and dizzy. Then my vision went black and I felt nothing. Like not nothing as in no pain. Like nothing in the sense that I actually felt nothing. No pain,no thoughts. It was like I had lost all senses. When I got back to what I guess was reality I was just laying there on the ground. I had fallen out of the shower and hit my head behind my ear. But I could hear my music and felt everything after. But overall during the black out it felt like the beginning process of sleep when it's black. That's what my interpretation of passing out was.
