Interact with one another

Not like I know me
Because even when you think the worst of me
It's still better than what I think of myself
I know that everything I find wrong in you
Are traits that I have
Mistakes that I've made
I know they are wrong
And, I don't want you to be like me
I want you to be better
I want you to be what I'm not
I want you to be the best that you can be
Because I've been where you are
And You've been where I am going
If we'd just take a second
To listen to each other
We'd both be better
But we don't
Because we are human
Walking contradictions
