It's the feeling when you have nobody to hold,
The feeling when you reach for something that isn't there,
When your fingers tingle and become numb,
When your heart aches and you get cold,
When you need a hug and so you hug yourself and cry,
This is loneliness and it's here to remind us that it's not nice to be alone...
