[Clear Skin]
• Green Tea & water should be a part of the drinks you're consuming on a regular basis. Sugary/Caffeinated drinks can cause more breakouts
• Oranges are known to be very good for skin. Make some orange juice or eat some straight from the bowl for clear skin.
• Drink Lemon & Cucumber water everyday in the morning
• For pimples use Tea Tree oil or a regular spot treatment that will help it go down much easier
• If you use cleansers, use gel-based cleansers for dry skin and foam cleansers for oily skin.
• Exfoliants such as AHA/BHA/Glycolic acid helps get rid of dead skin and improves texture
• Don't eat any dairy (cheese, milk, etc.)
• Don't use astringents that are too harsh on the skin. Use toner/astringents like witch hazel instead ones containing alcohol
• Don't wash your face too often as it can strip natural oils and deregulates how dry or oily it can become. Just like how not eating for a long amount of time can lead to gaining weight and storing fat, it has a similar effect on the skin where dry skin can lead to making it more oily. This tells you to moisturize more. Be sure to keep a consistent skincare routine overall.
• When washing your face, use cold water.
• Gently massage your skin in the shower to improve circulation.
Habits To Keep in Mind
• Having a normal sleeping schedule (7-9 hours) will greatly benefit your skin.
• Try to reduce your stress and find ways to cope with it. Stress isn't good for skin or your health overall.
• Drink a healthy amount of water. You really don't need 6-8 cups because that can actually suck out the minerals and nutrients from your body's with you drink to much. But at least try to drink 3-5 cups a day if you can.
• Make sure to clean your phone because most of the bacteria is from there if you use it often.
• Don't touch your face because your hands have been places.
• Change out your pillowcase at least 2-3 times every week

Things to Eat:
• Dark Berries. Not only are berries jammed with skin clearing antioxidants, they're packed with fibre too. Try making a berry smoothie for breakfast.
• Peppermint is know for its potent healing and calming properties. Not only can it help digestion and relieve stress, is a common acne aggravator, treats headaches and clears sinuses, it's also good for skin.
• Tomatoes. These are rich in vitamin c which helps keep the skin firm and taut by aiding collagen production. They also contain lycopene which stimulates skin circulation.
• Oat Milk. Oat Milk is high in fibre, lactose free and high in vitamin c which makes a great milk alternative
• Avocado. This is a great source of vitamin e which boosts the skin's vitality and luminosity. It also possesses good quantities of vitamin c which can be used to reduce skin inflammation while avocado oil is though the stimulate the proud action of collagen in the skin, which improves tone and texture.
• Green Tea. Drinking anti-oxidant polyphenol-rich green tea will improve your skin tone and glow

[Get Rid of Eyebags]
• Almond oil: before going to bed, gently massage almond oil your eye bags before going to bed. Wash it off once you wake up.
• Cucumbers: The most common way to depuff you eyes. Put some cold cucumbers on your eyes for 15 minutes and take them out.
• Try Tomato Juice under eyes
• Try mint leaves mixed w/water under eyes
• Soak cotton balls with rose water and place under eyes
• Tea bags: After drinking your cup of tea, take put your tea bags and let them sit in the freezer until cold. It has leftover nutrients from the liquid that can be good and soothing for you eyes
• Cold spoons: If you're looking for a quick and easy way, use cold spoons. Use them on your eyes and let it sit for 15 min.
• Most importantly, get enough sleep. Sleep is so so important for your overall heath as it affects not just your eyebags but your performance in school and work. It's so important to get that metabolism and stay healthy.
