- Combine cardio exercises and strength exercises

- Reduce amount of rests between workout sets

- Do fast paced, high-intensity lifting

- Drink more water to stay hydrated and eat more foods to have more energy while working out (things don't kick in until after 4 hours of consumptions).

- When running never. ever. stop. This is very important if you want to improve your stamina in running. If you want to be able to improve, you gotta keep going and never stop or else you won't build up anything. What it does it allows you to last longer and build endurance so don't stop so many times.

- Be sure to eat a healthy and balanced diet. It's so important to eat and get nutrients. When you eat you have energy and you need energy to last longer.

- Stay Hydrated. Hydration is key to making you energized. It can also increase stamina by fighting muscle fatigue.

- Sleeping Patterns. Nothing works until your body is well rested. If your sleeping patterns are bad it can leave you groggy and underperforming and not energized enough to work out.
