Loki x Reader

New roomate

All avengers where present in the stark tower, sitting on the array of couches in the main area. Thor was standing next to Loki who has his hands locked with a pair of boxed handcuffs.

'Listen, I really don't even see how this could be up for discussion', Natalia said as she lifted up a small blade, pointing it in Loki's direction, 'the guy is a murderer'.

Loki raised his hands in defence, 'hey, I don't want to be here either, I would rather be in hell', he shrugged.

'Well we can arrange that', Natalia smirked.

Steve sighed, 'I'm actually with Natalia on this, Loki is just too much of a threat for human kind'.

'You have to understand, I believe this will be great for Loki to improve his outlook on human life', Thor smacked Loki's shoulder.

'I can't believe I'm saying this but I agree with blue star man over there, Loki is not a guy to be trusted', Tony said whilst he grabbed his beer off the table, taking a swig.

'I do believe that is a compliment', Loki laughed.

'Listen reindeer games I won't hesitate to throw this at you', Tong shrugged to his drink. 'Oh wait, that would still be me being nice to you so never mind'.

Loki rolled his eyes, landing on the elevator, which slowly opened with a ding.

A short girl walked out in a daze, wearing baggy sweat pants and an oversized hoody. She groggily walked over to the kitchen, making herself a bowl of (fav/cereal).

Loki eyed her off, whilst all the other avengers where in there own little world arguing.

She grabbed the cereal and slowly made her way over to the group, standing between Thor and Loki. She stood still for a moment taking a bite of her cereal before speaking up, 'so like what are you guys talking about', she yawned.

'Oh (y/n) your up early', Tony said sarcastically.

'Oh hello lady (y/n) it is good to see you again', Thor said happily placing a hand around your shoulder. 'Hmm, but I do recall humans would say this is the afternoon, is that early for you guys?', Thor said with a look of confusion.

'It's early for (y/n), we don't usually see her till around 10pm', Bruce said nonchalantly.

'Hey Thor, long time no see', (y/n) said giving a groggy half smile.

(Y/n) looked to the right, taking notice of the tall silent man, eyeing her down. 'Sup, I'm guessing you are Loki?, I'm (y/n)', you said as you raised your hand out but paused taking notice of Loki's hands in a box, 'Well dang this is awkward', you said as you placed your hand back down, sighing.

'(Y/n) don't associate yourself with such a petty thing', Tony shook his hand towards the two of you, with a look of disgust.

'Excuse you, but I am not a thing, I am a god!', Loki huffed.

'Then I am Santa, seeing as we are saying things that aren't real', Tony said grinning at Loki.

Loki went to retaliate, but (y/n) spoke up, 'and I'm tired.... so what's going on, why are we all fighting?.

'I was trying to get you guys to take Loki in and just watch over him, to teach him that humans aren't nothing', Thor said taking has arm off your shoulder.

'Yeah you where trying too, but that is obviously a dangerous idea', Natalia said crossing her legs.

'Look you guys don't even need to watch him during the day, I'll watch over him then, just at night will do. He will be sleeping anyway', Thor gestured to Loki.

Bruce spoke up, 'No go there, we all need our sleep too, and if we are asleep then nobody is watching him'.

'Yeah looks like it's a no-', Tony was cut off.

'Hey you guys know I stay up all night cause of my work right? I can watch over him', You shrugged.

'Wow really (y/n)!', Thor said with a sparkle in his eyes.

'(Y/n) no, you are only 18, that is too young and beyond dangerous to take care of a demon', Steve said.

'Oh come on, like Thor said, Loki will be sleeping anyway, and it's not like I don't know how to fight... it's just I prefer not too', you faded into a slight whisper.

'Hmm, I don't know guys, this doesn't seem like a good idea', Bruce said glancing at Natalia.

'Bruce is right, we knows that Loki is a trickster, so he will most definitely find a way to get away from (y/n)', Natalia said with uncertainty.

Your face dulled, 'wow thanks for the confidence, I feel great'.

'This is not some light task (y/n), you could easily get hurt. You never know what that thing could do', Tony scowled at Loki.

Loki at this point has taken all his attention off the rest of the group and is zoned out.

'Ugh, enough talk. I'm tired, so I'm going back to bed with my cereal ok... I'll come get Loki tonight, done deal', (y/n) said walking off towards the elevator.

'(Y/n) what the hell, this hasn't been officialised!', Tony yelled at (y/n) as the elevator doors closed.

'Yes it is!', (y/n) yelled back.

Time skip about 6 hours, it is now 10:11pm

(Y/n) walked into the main area happily, 'hey hey hey wazzupppp', (y/n) said striking a stupid pose.

Everyone turned towards (y/n) with unfazed expressions.

'Wow, why is everyone here?' (Y/n) said standing up straight.

'We didn't want to take any chances with Loki, so we come to watch', Natalia said unfazed.

'Thank you again lady (y/n) for watching over Loki. You will find that he will open up eventually.... or stab you in the chest, who knows', Thor laughed as he pushed the angry Loki towards you.

Natalia walked right up to Loki's face, 'Listen if you so much as touch a peace of (y/n)'s hair, I will gut you'.

'How pleasent', Loki said taking a step back. 'Thor I do believe this is one of the stupidest ideas you have ever come up with...'.

'Now, now brother, (y/n) is a great person who will take great care of you', Thor smiled towards us fuming brother.

'That's the problem, I don't need taking care of for crying out loud'.

'Uh yes you do', everyone said in sync.

'Uh stupid midgardians...', Loki sighed in frustration.

'Oh come on guys it will be fine... well we better go, I got a lot of work to do, so I guess we will see you guys tomorrow'. With that, (y/n) pushed Loki towards the elevator.

'This was a bad idea', Steve said watching as you both walked away.

'Eh probably,' Thor laughed out.

Natalia hit Thor in the head.
