- don't check your phone right your phone right away. it's not productive
- stay off your phone before bed so you can wake up easier
- get enough sleep (optional: make a schedule for after school and a night routine)
- don't hit snooze
- have a healthy breakfast
- keep your blinds and curtains open for light
- get up and shower
- drink water. your body needs to be replenished
