When I watched Dragon Prince I knew I wanted to write fanfic for the series. However, unlike other series I write for which are ongoing I couldn't work with any theoretical head canons regarding where the plot would go. It's not so much the series is straight forward, but more of we're still learning about the world set up. As such, one-shots instead of long chapter based stories seemed like the ideal fit.
Yet, I still didn't know where to start. That's when the JustWriteDay prompt of Honor Bound came my way and I got to thinking about the Moonshadow Elves honor system and I wrote Honor Bound. Someone then encouraged me to write more one-shots for the series and thus this ended up becoming a collection.
I am going through various prompts, but I am open to suggestions. Ships I love working with include Callum/Rayla, Harrow and his dead wife, Gren/Amaya, unnamed soidlder Rayla spared/Claudia and Ezran/Ellis. I also like working with the idea that Claudia and Viren aren't evil, but Viren is good friends with Callum and that Runaan is the older brother of Rayla.
