When she first met Mike, she had no idea what love was. You explained what it is to her, she realised that she loved you, not Mike.
"Eleven? Do you love Mike?" Y/N asked, feeling slightly jealous.
"What is l-love?" El asked, curious.
"Love is a strong feeling of affection. You get a funny feeling in your stomach everytime you see or hear them or even the mention of their name." Y/N slightly smiled at the confused girl. "Get it?"
Eleven nodded her head.
"No." Eleven said, staring straight at the Y/H/C girl.
"No? What do you mean by 'no?'" Y/N asked.
"I don't love Mike." Eleven smiled from across the table. "I love you."
Y/N was shocked.
"I love you, too, El and I always will." You both held hands over the table. Happy that the other feels the same.
