Run Away (My first story)

Chapter 1 Running Away

It was a rainy night and all I could think about was that night I heard my parents fighting. I remember how I couldn't sleep that night because I could never get it off my mind. I ran away a few months after that and now I live in a little place that I like to call childhood memories.
I began to hear footsteps creep up behind me.
"Hey." I recognized the voice right away it was the worst person in the history of people. And of course I wished for him to leave but he didn't. "Harp"
"WHAT!" I screamed at him because you know what I don't know why. I just did. "If you came here to tell me who's right just leave ok leave"
"Fine"
"Good" When he left I felt some werid vibes. I didn't know why but I did. If I knew what he wanted maybe I could find out some secrects about me.
When I went to sleep I heard lots of movement. I didn't know what it was so I tried to get it off my mind. I knew if I didn't get it off my mind I wouldn't be able to sleep.
It was the worst night of my life.I kept waking up last night because of the things I heard.
"Hey"
"I told you to leave"
"I couldn't"
"Why?"
"Because"
"Because why?"
"I'm not going to tell you why"
"Fine then you can go"
"But I can't leave"
"Why?"
     "I'm not going to tell you why."
     "Then can you please just go." I said with softness in my voice.
     "I'll go. I hope you enjoy your life without me." There it went again weird vibes. Why do I always get those when he leaves?
     I didn't hear any footsteps stomping on the leaves at all last night. It wasn't the best night of my life though, that was my first night here.
     I was five dancing at school with my friends when someone threw something at me. I turned around and there he was. His blue eyes staring right into my soul. I walked over there and punched his face. His nose started to bleed. It was the first time I got in trouble.
      I remember that day so clearly. The day I met him. My enemy. Alec. White. That was such along time ago 8 years. It's the only thing I remember when I was five. But there was something he was trying to say before I punched him but I didn't let him say a word. Now I wish he would come back. Will he ever after what he said to me. I'll go but I hope you enjoy your life without me. The last thing I ever heard him say. How did he get here I never took him here unless. Was that him? No. He said his name was Alex. Wait isn't that his middle name. OMG. I took him here. I started to like him and what he said to me. So I umm I have to say something. And then I left I left him at that and I thought that was the last thing he said to me but no it wasn't. He was my worst and only enemy Alec Alex White. I always wondered why his parents named him that but I now know. So he can say he is someone different.
The night came very quickly. It was 2:00 am. I know that because of the moon. If you are out here for several nights you'll know what time it is.
When morning came I looked out through the trees and saw something. People. My. PARENTS! OMG! Why are they here? Who told them? The only person who knows is. ALEC! They were getting closer to me so I hid in a rabbit hole. I heard them call my name and then they went away.
I waited for hours just in case they would come back but they didn't.
I was starting to come out when I heard something. Something moving. Is it a rabbit? No I'm in its rabbit hole.
"Harper where are you, did you leave, why am I asking that if she left she wouldn't be able to hear that. You are so stupid Alec why are you even talking to yourself. I really need to stop talking. Harper."
I didn't want to get out but I knew I had to say something.
"I'm sorry", said Alec. I didn't know what to do.
"You better be sorry" I didn't mean to say that it just came out and now I feel really bad.
"Harper they told me that they would kill if they didn't know where you were. Where are you?"I got out and walked over there to him and I hugged him. I don't know why but I did. He was someone I could talk to. I trusted him. "Harp, I missed you" What did he just say and what were they planning on killing?
"I missed you too" Why did I just say that? I feel sick.
"I wanted to say something"
"What were they planning on killing?"
"I was Alex"
"I know" "what were they planning on killing?"
"Something I knew you wouldn't want to die"
"But what is it"
"I can't say." I knew he wouldn't tell me so I stopped asking.
It was along night without talking just looking at the stars.
The next day I went to go search for food but I guess Alec already did because there was a big box full of delicious food.
"Hey", said Alec
"Hi. Did you bring food?"
"Yeah I thought it was a good idea."
"Ok"
"I have to go but I'll see you later."
"Ok see you later" When he left he said something but I didn't ask what he was saying because I thought he wanted it to only be between his self.
I started to take a nap when I heard a familiar voice.
"Harper are you here Alec told us..." I couldn't hear anything else they said but I knew that it was my parents and I Harper didn't want them to find me so I ran far away. As far as my feet would take me.
