You, Kim y/n, age 11

You live happy next to your mother, father and older brother. A happy family.

"Kids, come down for breakfast"

You and your brother run down to the kitchen where your mother was. Both of you took a plate of food and sat down in a stool. "Pass me a fork please"

That's your brother, Kim taehyung, age 18.

You get two forks from the drawer, and hand him one, "thanks y/n-ah" you nodded. Both of you ate your scrambled eggs and ate your veggies "mmm, mom this was delicious" you said with a mouth full of food, "it's because we got the eggs from our barn"

Both of you finished and washed your dishes, both of you went back up to your rooms to change. Your brother had to go somewhere while you had to attend school.

"Ready?" Your brother asked from outside of the room

You grabbed your backpack and opened the door, "I'm ready"

While walking to your school taehyung noticed a flier

"Big hit entertainment

Looking for singers:rappers and vocals, dancer and many more. If you're interested come to the big hit entertainment building and show off your skills

Time: 9:30am-4:00pm"

Taehyung seemed interested, but right now he needed to get his sister to school

"Bye oppa, see you later"

You wave off to taehyung as you run to your friends. He watches you all the time and makes sure you're inside the school. As you disappear into the building, taehyung heads to where he saw the flier..."should I?"

Taehyung thought about it, if he made it, he could become a singer and follow his dream, but that means leaving his beloved parents and sister behind. He looked up once more and made his decision

"I'll do it"

He headed to the building to sign up before the audition, as he was entering he saw a bunch of people going around with either papers, coffee, make up, or clothes in their hands

He also saw people, some of them were bragging about how they'll make the cut and be on the band. What if he doesn't make it? What if they laugh at him?

He was about to turn around when some Girls stopped him

"Hey what's with the long face buddy?"

"Yea, aren't you going to sign up?"

Taehyung forced a smile

"I was but I'm terrified...what if I don't make it?"

The girl looked at each other

"Well, you'll never know unless you try"

Taehyung smiled

"Thank you noona's"

The noona's Bowed and left, he looked around and found a phone, he dialed his house number and waited for someone to reply, "hello?" Taehyung started to panic

"Eomma, it's me taehyung"

"Oh dear, you scared me...why aren't you back?"

"Well you see, while I was walking y/n to school I saw this paper that said something about and audition to be Ina group band. And I right now I'm at the building, I wasn't gonna do the audition but some noona's talked to me and made me change my mind"

He sighed

"Eomma , is it fine if I at least try?"

He felt tears building in his eyes, he feared his mother wasn't going to let him, but what she said made him smile

"Go for it my love, if you wanna try, go ahead, just remember...we all support you on your dreams"

"Thank you eomma, I love you"

"Love you too honey, now I gotta go back...one of our cows is trying to eat out laundry basket"

His mother hung up, taehyung made his way to the table and sign up

You waited patiently for your brother to show up, it was 5pm already, you sighed, you started to walk a few feet away

"Hey y/n, wait up"

You turn around to see your best friend, Jungsoo, he was a year older than you.

"Jungsoo, I thought you went home"

"Nope, I had to stay for tutoring"

"Oh"

"Where's your brother?"

You shrugged

"Well, let me take you home"

Taehyung ran to the entrance of your school...panting, where could she be? Could she be at home already? He checked the his phone 6pm

He prayed for you to be there, he opened the front door and went to the kitchen where you were eating dinner, he sighed in relief

"Y/n, I'm so sorry I lost track of time at the Audi-"

You look at him

"The what?"

"N-nothing"

Your mom came into the kitchen, "taehyung, how was the audition?" You furrowed your eye brows "audition? For what" your mother looked at you, "he auditioned to be in a band"

"O-oh"

Taehyung nodded, his phone rang and saw the id, he answered nervously

"Hello?"

"Hello, we are calling from big hit entertainment, after your audition we decided to tell you the news"

Taehyung's heart race, this was it, this was the moment where his life would change forever or be the same forever

"You made it, the last member of the boy band, please report tomorrow at big hit entertainment to know the rest of the members"

The person hung up

Both you and your mother looked at taehyung for a response, he looked at them and smiled

"I made it"

He started to jump up and down like a little kid

"I made the cut, I'm in the band!"
