choose the photo you want to edit and at the bottom a bar of filter should pop up like this ↓

Now click on the import filter and chose "import from photos"
once you have done that choose the screenshot of the gif and polarr should give you an option of WATCHING OR LEARNING HOW TO MAKE THE FITLER!
I personally recommend doing that if you want to know how i made the filter, but other than that you don't have too!
AND THATS IT! you have your filter now!
