Backstory:
For the first 5 sweeps of his life Rheva was held captive by unruly highbloods. Tortured day and night just for his strange mutant blood color. Fromie was out on an adventure with her custodian when she found him. Fromie took him in as her apprentice and kept him in hiding from the imperial drones in her hive.
Personality:
