General:
- listen to your favorite songs that bring you energy or happiness
- light a lavender candle
- listen to lofi or 432hz music to feel calm and grounded
- do breathing exercises, it helps ground you and relive your body
- write, draw, journal. do something to let your mind loose.
- take a warm shower
- stretch or do yoga
- meditate
- go outside, feel the sun and breathe fresh air. trust me when youre sad an down, sunlight can do a lot to make you feel better.
- take a 15 minute nap
- go on YouTube
- if you need to get something done, get that over with
- drink some nice cold refreshing water to calm your mind
- drink some tea
- tidy your room. cleaning your room gives you a clear space which clears your mind.
- turn off your phone and take a break. don't let your mind be occupied with unnecessary things.
- if you feel tired and stressed, do something energizing to get your hype up. having energy brings a good mindset.

To harmonize the life energy in the body, grasp the finger with the opposite hand, wrapping all the fingers and thumb around it. Hold each finger for one or two minutes. You will know it's working when a pulsating sensation is felt.
To calm your mind, apply slight pressure in the center of the palm with the thumb of the opposite hand and hold fro at least one minute.
