- You have more time to do whatever you want since everyone else is sleeping
- If you really want to get that extra boost in waking up early, also try taking a warm shower
- Once you wake up you'll stay awake and it can allow you to become more productive

- Try following a sleeping schedule so that way you can wake up without needing an alarm
- If you do use an alarm, set your alarm away from your bedside so you can walk in order to turn it off like putting it in a table across
