The bomb (a lance story)

Keith POV
It's been awhile since we went on a mission to kill the garlaa. I got up out of my bed to do a perimeter check, I don't know why but it always seems to calm me down I start to walk with my uniform on. Just in case I bring my sword. i walk around it, i love it out here at night its so relaxing like I'm on earth again. i smile and keep waking i look up at the stars and i start to hear gunshots i hide in the corner and i hear lance. " what in the living hell is going on. i look over to see two gun shot wounds in his legs, a broken nose and his face was all messed up. i look over and i see a galra solder and i rushed over to help. "k-k-KEITH!" I fight off one of the soldiers but another one runs at lance with a bomb to attempt a murder suicide. lance jumps on-top of me protecting me from the home. then "BOOM" lance fly's and hits the castle walls hitting his arm breaking it ad tearing his armor " LANCE!!" i yell with high concern i see his stomach ripped open by the blast. Oh my god what the fuck. I carry lance bridal style with tears and burning hatred in my eyes. Space dad is not going to be happy he might be as worried as I am. I look at him he looks so beaten up. Hell i don't think that damn healing tank is going to help him. Hold him tight
