Y/N's POV

My eyes fluttered softly as I was awakened from my slumber, I could hear the faint noise of the rain falling against my closed window. It was relaxing in a way, the sound seemed never ending as it almost lulled me back to sleep.

My eyes drifted towards the alarm clock on my beside table.

3:30 AM.

Only after glancing at the time did I start to acknowledge the large but warm figure laying beside me.

My boyfriend of two years, Jeon Jungkook.

He looked angelic while he was sleeping, the way his messy bedhead hair framed his perfect face. I could stare at my boyfriend for days, and I would never get bored.

After a little while longer of me being mesmerized by his face, I noticed he started mumbling slightly, I leaned closer to him, to try and decipher what he was saying.

"Y/N....please....don't leave...."

His face changed into one of fear and sorrow, tears were making their way down his face. I soon realized he was having a nightmare.

I immediately started shaking him, I did not want to see him like this any longer, why did he think I would ever leave him? Gosh, he's the best boyfriend I could ever have asked for, I still don't know how I managed to catch his eye.

I wrapped my arms around him and started rubbing his back soothingly while peppering tiny kisses on his face, trying my best to comfort him in his time of need.

"Shh..it's okay my love....I'm here."

My heart melted when I felt him hug me, I could hear his quiet cries as he buried his face in my shoulder.

I continued to whisper sweet nothings in his ear as I felt him calm down.

No more crying, no more shaking.

I heard him sigh as he looked at me, finally removing his face from my shoulder as we looked into eachothers eyes.

He then leaned toward me and finally put his lips on mine, they were soft. I always thought our lips melted against eachothers perfectly. The kiss was slow and gentle, and filled with passion, everything Jungkook needed after what he had dreamt of.

We finally broke away, air finding it's way inbetween us.

I laid my head on Jungkook's chest, listening to his steady, relaxing heartbeat.

"I love you, Y/N."

"I love you more, Jungkook."

The rain stopped.
