hello all♡

this is dedicated to helping people struggle with anxiety, depression, self hate, or are just in need of a friend. 

i have extremely bad anxiety. it's hard to live my life when i am worried about literally everything, and what every single person think of me. because of this, i also struggle with self hate, and one other thing that i don't really want to mention. 

i am making this book to help others, because i know what it feels like to have nobody. it's a terrible feeling, and nobody deserves to go through that alone. in this book, we will post healthy coping methods, how we deal with it ourselves, and ways to get better. 

in this chapter, you can leave requests for something you need advice on. if you want, we can answer your question publicly and publish a chapter on it, or you can pm one of us on our main accounts to help you in private.
