I always got told that once you reach a certain age, you will find your soulmate and the both of you will end up living happily ever after. Huh, weird how one person can contradict your life so much.
I never really believed in soulmates if I'm being completely honest. I always just thought that it was some made up story your parents would tell you to make you believe that you won't be forever alone. I mean, would you really blame them for wanting their child to believe that there's someone out there in the world who is perfect for them?
There was always a strange thing though that gave me a little hope that soulmates might exist; my toes change color.okay okay ,I know this is really weird okay? You don't have to tell me that for me to know.
Now you may be thinking, "what the actual heck? Whose toes change color?" But hear me out, what I heard was that the color of your soulmates favorite color will the color that your toes will become. Okay, first of all, who decided that it should be toes out of all body parts? Why couldn't it be something like hands? Or even hair? Why toes a part of the body that is usually hidden by shoes?
I know, I complain a lot about this situation, but tell you one thing, if this whole soulmate thing is actually real, I should probably ask my soulmate to choose a different favorite color cause right now my toes are yellow, and it looks like I have a toe infection.
