*Your diet affects your energy throughout the day and depending on what you eat can boost your mood🥥
•Never limit yourself you could always have one sweet thing a day🥐
•breakfast will always be burnt so Have breakfast like a king, lunch like a noble, and dinner like a pauper.
Instead of the usual boring looking 'salad' 🥗 you could always spice up your dish with extra ingredients or try something completely new. ✨
•If you have protein for breakfast such as Eggs 🍳  and Ext. you'll feel more full throughout the day leading to you to a more energized day.
•Ditch the excess coffee ☕️
Sure drink coffee but not two times a day... maybe once at the morning.

*Sleep 💤 is extremely important, so don't stay-up late watching movies or reading books, because you could always to that at morning plus you'll feel more energized while doing activities...
•Waking up early and feeling the   6 AM air touch your skin is very rewarding and will make you feel refreshed.
•If you want you could make a dream journal 📓 where you record your dreams for a sweet nostalgic hit when you reread it.
•Sleep is the time where your brain can kick back organize and heal your body.
•Your dreams could tell you a lot about yourself, so don't hesitate to search up or ask what they mean.

*Confidence is the key to happiness and the ways to achieve it are to:
•Straighten up your back and walk with a head slightly up.
•Put a smile on your face. 🌟
•Try to speak a tad bit loudly, but clear.
•Observe 👀 sometimes observing small things makes one happy.
•Get a hobby like running, writing, drawing ✍🏻, and so on.

*Your choices affect many things, and these are a ew choices to make so your life will be better;
•Don't gossip about your friends
•Try to stop drinking 🥂

•IF you are lactose intolerant try to cut down your dairy consumption.

•Keep take-out to the minimum.
•Of you can go for a jog while listening to music 🎼
•Don't forget to drink water 💧
