Mineta is a 15 year old guy who looks like a baby the theory of mine is that Mineta is related to Meliodas the dragons sin of wrath because he is such a perve so yeah. Mineta is in class 1-A and is seat number 19 which is right next to Momo Yaoyorozu seat number 20 and Izuku Midoriya seat number 18. Minoru Mineta's quirk is pop off which allows the sticky balls on his head to come off and stick to anything but him he just pops off them like they weren't sticky if he overuses his quirk it cause bleeding from his head.
Now we all know that Mineta has a real obsession with girls because of this it causes him to be unpopular with the girls and even some of the boys which includes Iida Tenya who thinks that minetas actions are depraved and very perverted but the girl he likes Momo Yaoyorozu the most because of big boobs and loves her hero costume because it shows to much of her chest area
