Hanahaki disease,a disease now everyone is awfully familiar with.
A disease were you throw up flower petals which happened mostly because of unrequited love.
Your throat will be stuffed with flowers and you will feel like suffocating.It can only be cured by true love
The surgeries to take out the flowers are common but after taking the surgery one would forget all the memories about your special one.
You will forget about your one true love and that my friend is scary...

Y/n have always had love for her best friend..
A love not brotherly nor like a family
A romantic one
Her bestfriend whose name is c/n
L/n is a clumsy cute lad who just makes you fall in love with him instantly when you set your eyes on him.
And y/n??.She made the big mistake of falling in love with her clumsy bestfriend c/n.

They were best friend since diaper days,thier moms were bestfriends  too so it made thier friendship even stronger
They always had this unique relationship that no one had and boy!!
People were jealous

They both came out to be nerds in high school they were equally clumsy yet intelligent at the same time.

Just a perfect match!!

Y/n has heard about the hanahaki disease but she wasn't scared of that ,she knew she would never fall in love with anyone but even she couldn't resist her attraction to her best friend and that was when she fell hard

It was when she was alone in her room she started coughing and a single rose Petal fell out of her mouth..and another ,another it just kept increasing and thats when reality hit  her hard and that she was in great trouble

She hid her disease from everyone but eventually someone foumd out and that someone was her mom.
Her mom was terrified when she found out about her daughters disease
But calmed down when y/n told her everything
Her mom told her to get the surgery but y/n insisted that she will not and tat she will be alright because she knows that c/n will love her back..

She kept telling herself that every night...

Soon white petals turned into red and petals with blood came out of her throat and now..she was scared
But she never lost hope and she kept praying about c/n living her.

Her mom was scared so much after finding about her daughter coughing up blood and after many fights y/n and her mom went to the hospital .

The white walls and the antiseptic smell of the hospital scared her

The doctor after seeing y/n's case said one thing
"You must have a surgery or you will die"
She knew she couldn't just believe everything was gonna be okay ,so she agreed on taking the surgery

The boy ran as fast as he could to his true love .He runs up the stairs to get to the surgery room and he sees y/n mother sobbing and crying her eyes out.
"Am I too late??" He asked
She didn't say anything as she continued sobbing

He ran inside the room and there laid
Y/n in the bed.
She looked at him and sad with the saddest expression on her face..

"Why did you love me at the last moment?" She asked as a tear slipped out of her eye
Tears started coming out of her eyes as she starts sobbing hard.
She started to stop her sobbing and continued
"At the very last moment when the surgery was starting the flower was gone..its gone.."

C/n gently  touched her face
"I'm sorry that I was too late to realize that I was in love with you all along please forgive me  .."
He said as a tear slipped down his cheek

"I forgive you "
Y/n said

"And thats how I fell in love with your dad,now go to sleep its late"
The mim Said to her 5 year old daughter

"I wish I could get a love story like that .." the child said pouting

"You will,now go to sleep princess "
The mom Said to her child
"Okay mommy,goodnight!!"
The five year old said
"Goodnight my dear"the mom replied
