You woke up to someone drawing small shapes on your back with their thumb accompanied by soft breathing. You immediately looked up at your boyfriend who placed his phone down to give you all his attention. "Good morning, Colby." You said as a smile spread widely across your face.

"Morning, baby girl." He replied with a deep yet soothing voice. "Did you sleep well?"

"Meh." You responded before burying your face into his chest.

Colby chuckled at your response before responding, "What do you mean, meh?"

"You weren't in it." You jokingly said before cringing at your own words. 

Colby's nostrils flared as his lips pressed together to hold back his smile. Seeing his reaction made you burst into laughter. "You're so fucking cringey." Colby said as he chuckled.

"Cut you love me for it." You said with a smile.

"I sure do."
