Senior summer

It was senior summer and the gang set off to camp at sweetwater river.It was there last week of summer and all wanted to enjoy it.Betty and jug decided it would be better if they were just friends,Veronica and Archie agreed that there not good for each other and Veronica and Reggie had a bit of a summer fling.

Veronica and Betty

Betty: Hey v just letting you know arch is picking us put at 6

Veronica: Thanks just a bit nervous

Betty: Why whats wrong

Veronica: Last time I saw Archie we weren't on very good terms ):

Betty: I'm sure everything will be fine ok

Veronica: Ok see ya at 6

Betty: Bye

Veronica's POV
Last time I saw Archie my heart broke I don't think I'm ready to face that again but I just keep telling myself I'm doing it for Betty.I don't know if Archie knows about me and Reggie but last time that happened I broke his heart but I trust Betty not to snitch. Unless she told Jughead he's definitely going to find out.

Archie picks up Jughead then Betty and Veronica they load there backpacks into the trunk of his car. Archie turns on the radio and they have a good car ride without and drama.Once they get to sweetwater the boys start making tents and unloading bags.Betty and Veronica go on a walk along the edge of the river when they come across Cheryl and Toni's camp.
Cheryl: Hey cuz and her rich friend what are yous doing here.
Betty:The same as you I guess
Cheryl:And we thought this would be a quiet week Toni
Toni:Oh let me introduce you to my south side friend,Taylor this is Betty and Veronica,Betty,Veronica this is Taylor
Taylor:Nice to meet you guys
Betty:You too we better be going bye

As the girls walk away Taylor stares at them.Betty and Veronica look at each other they know something isn't right Veronica looks back to find him starring.They walk back to there camp site to find the tents set up and Archie and Jughead toasting marshmallows over the camp fire.They settle in for the night Jughead and Archie had separate tents and Betty and Veronica shared one.They next day Archie and Betty got up and put on there swimming togs and got into the river

Betty's POV
I got up to find Archie washing his hands in the water he asked if I wanted to go for a swim of course I said yes.We haven't talk that much since last year when me and Jughead broke up Archie was the one there for me not Veronica even not my own mother.Ive known Archie for so long it's a surprise not many friends last long but I guess he's a keeper.We got into our tog and we laughed,splashed and pushed it was just like old times I think I like him all over again.

Archie's POV
Me and Betty have know each other for years.when I broke up with Veronica it was because I liked someone else that someone was her.I always will live Betty no matter what.

Jughead woke up leaving Veronica last to rise from her deep sleep.Tonight Cheryl and Toni asked them to come over for a couple of hours.Night came and Archie,Betty,Veronica and Jughead headed over to Cheryl and Toni's camp.They all chilled for a while and then Cheryl was getting bored.
Cheryl: enough of the chitchat it's time to heat things up in here
Jughead:what do you mean
Cheryl:spin the bottle
Archie:we know how that ended last time Cheryl *betty and Archie look at each other*
Jughead:come guys lightning up
Veronica:it wasn't all bad
Betty:*rolls eyes*
Cheryl:I'll spin for miss Betty

Betty's POV
Cheryl spins the bottle I started to get nervous for who it would land on.The bottle starts to slow down and it lands on ARCHIE!!!!!

Cheryl:Oh well if it isn't the kids next door
Toni:Come on already do it
Archie walks over to Betty and bang there lips crash onto each other's.Betty pulls away and Archie sits back down.

Jugheads POV
I just watched my ex girlfriend kiss my best friend I knew they'd do it.There was one reason we weren't gonna work out it's because she'd always be in love with him.I guess that's just the way this stupid game works.I did encourage it now I regret that.

It was time for Veronica's spin.It spun around the table and she wished it stopped on Archie but instead it landed on Taylor.Veronica was very uncomfortable with having to kiss the guy who was staring at her but it was part of the game.So the kiss happened and they decided to call it a night.It was 3:00 and Veronica need the bathroom so she got up and walked into the trees to find Taylor just sitting there staring at her.Veronica pretended she didn't see him she walked into the bathroom and texted Betty about what had happened.Betty woke Archie and Jughead up and they slowly approached the bathroom stall.Betty walked up and found Taylor trying to undress Veronica with his hand over her mouth.They ran towards them and Archie punched Taylor.Betty went to calm Veronica down.Archie picked up Taylor and noticed that he was bleeding as his head hit a rock Archie and Jug looked at each other
Archie:What did I do
Jughead:it wasn't your fault
Archie:What do we do
Jughead:I'll dump it in the river
Betty:Dump What ?
Archie:I-I killed him
Veronica:WHAT !
Archie:I didn't mean too
Betty:It's ok arch *puts her hand on his shoulder
Archie:*Gives her a soft look*
Jughead:I'll take the body to the river
Archie:I'll cover up our footprints
Veronica:We don't speak about this night to anyone,each other,our parents
Betty:After this night we all go our separate ways
Archie:agreed

They got through senior year like they were total strangers.When they walked past each other in the hall they didn't even look at each other but What haunted everyone of them as Much as they tried to forget was what they did on                        Senior summer
